With a strong foundation in adult learning theory and a passion for storytelling, I design training solutions that not only inform but also inspire. I bring expertise in tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, and Canva, combined with experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and performance-based learning. Whether I’m building interactive eLearning modules, job aids, blended learning programs, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), or instructor-led training (ILT), I’m committed to making learning accessible, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
